Attended in the Film Appreciation course and seminar in FTII Pune, Attended the All India Fiction Writers’ Meet in Bangalore in 2002 ,organized by Sahitya Akademi, New Delhi. Attended as special observer of North East and theatre festival of Sangeet Natak Akademi organized at Imphal and Cuttack. Attended Katha N.E. Festival 2005 and katha Asia International Festival on Jan’2006 and others. Attended writers’ meet of Sahitya Akademi at Agartala on Mar’2006 and N.E. Writers’ meet by “National Library, Kolkata” at Guwahati on Jan’2006.
Attended SAARC festival of writers, 2009 representing India in Assamese Language.
OTHERS :Actively organized the Book Fair movement, the film society movement and SPICMACAY etc at Nagaon, Assam as founder General Secretary. Trying to keep socially concerned and to serve people.
